You have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date you received your order.
For a return to be approved, the product must:

be in the same condition as when delivered

be unused and unopened
-
be in its original packaging with the seal intact
A receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided.

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages or issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@mirulab.shop, and we will assist you.
This does not affect your statutory right to claim for faulty goods under applicable consumer protection laws.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

skincare products
-
dietary supplements
-
self-care and hygiene products
if the seal has been broken after delivery.
The right of withdrawal does apply to these products if they are returned unused, unopened, and with the seal intact.
We also do not accept returns of:

products marked as final sale

gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item (if it meets the return conditions) and place a new order.
Right of withdrawal under EU law
For orders within the EU, you have the right under distance selling regulations to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned:

with the seal intact, where applicable
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
