Overview

Welcome to MiruLab. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you visit our website or make a purchase in our online store.

MiruLab is a registered trade name of InnZ Medical AB, company registration number 556766-3157, with registered address Backegårdsvägen 2, 459 30 Ljungskile, Sweden (“we”, “us” or “our”). The online store is built and operated via Shopify, which enables us to provide the website, features and checkout solution (“the Services”).

By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy and other policies published on the website.

If you do not accept these Terms, you should not use the Services.

1. Access and account

To use the Services, including placing orders, you may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, delivery address and payment details. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity carried out through your account. You may not transfer or allow another person to use your account in an unauthorised manner.

The Services are intended for consumers. If you are a minor, parental or guardian consent may be required to complete purchases in accordance with applicable law.

2. Our products and information on the website

We strive to describe and display our products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on screen settings and devices.

We reserve the right to update product information, assortments and prices. Changes do not affect already confirmed orders, except in cases of obvious errors as described in section 4.

3. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase the products. A binding agreement is formed when we confirm the order (for example by order confirmation) and are able to fulfil delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • the information provided in the order is clearly incorrect,

  • we suspect fraud or unauthorised activity,

  • the product is out of stock or cannot be delivered,

  • an obvious pricing or information error has occurred (see section 4).

If an order is cancelled, any payment made will be refunded.

Purchases in the online store are intended for private use. Unauthorised commercial resale or systematic speculative purchases may result in refusal of orders.

4. Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are displayed in the online store based on the selected market and currency. Unless otherwise stated, prices for consumers are normally shown including VAT and excluding shipping, with shipping costs clearly displayed at checkout before completing the purchase.

We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in pricing or product information. In such cases, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are correct and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed via our payment service providers.

5. Shipping and delivery

We deliver to the countries and regions displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. carrier disruptions, force majeure).

The risk for the goods passes to you once you have received the goods. If a parcel is damaged or lost during transport, please contact us and we will assist you.

6. Returns, right of withdrawal and complaints

Returns and the right of withdrawal are governed by our policy “Returns & Right of Withdrawal”, which is published on the website. The policy describes conditions for returns, hygiene and health-related exceptions (e.g. broken seals), and how to proceed.

Complaints regarding defective goods are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Please contact us if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product.

7. Intellectual property rights

All content on the Services, including text, images, graphics, design, logos and trademarks, belongs to MiruLab/InnZ Medical AB or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute or use the content without our prior written consent, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

8. Third-party services and links

The Services may contain links to or features from third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of third-party websites or services. Use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Relationship with Shopify

The Services are technically provided via Shopify. However, all purchases you make in our store are made with MiruLab/InnZ Medical AB as the seller. Shopify is not responsible for purchases, deliveries, returns or customer service related to products purchased from us.

10. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is published on the website. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy.

11. Reviews and feedback

If you submit reviews, feedback or other content (“Feedback”), you are responsible for ensuring that the content is accurate and does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

You grant us the right to use your Feedback in our communication and marketing related to the Services (e.g. publishing reviews in the online store). We do not publish personal data for marketing purposes beyond what you choose to provide, and we process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Errors and changes on the website

We may update information on the website from time to time. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information and cancel orders in cases of obvious errors (including after an order has been placed), in accordance with section 4.

13. Prohibited use

You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes or in a way that may harm the Services, us or others. Prohibited use includes, but is not limited to:

  • attempts to manipulate or disrupt the functionality of the website,

  • distribution of malicious code,

  • unauthorised collection of personal data of others,

  • fraudulent behaviour or abuse of promotions.

We may restrict access to the Services if we suspect misuse or violation of these Terms.

14. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of profit, to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection legislation or limits our liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.

15. Amendments to the Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary, for example due to changes in the Services or for legal reasons. The latest version is always available on the website and shows the date of the most recent update.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. In the event of any discrepancies between language versions, the Swedish version shall prevail.

If a dispute arises, we recommend that you contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter. As a consumer, you may also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, where applicable. Disputes may also be settled by a competent court.
